Our holiday studio and holiday villas are located in Les terrasses d’Aiguebelle. The studio apartment is a cozy Provencal cottage for 4 people, quietly situated with a view of the sea, the islands of Hyères, Cap Nègre and Cap Bénat. Built in provincial style with the necessary comfort and a comfortable modern kitchen.

The holiday studio with shared private swimming pool ensures you a comfortable holiday on the Côte d’azur and has a capacity of up to 4 people.

The holiday apartment is classified as follows:
On the ground floor you will find the kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, bedroom with two single beds (80 cm), the bathroom with shower.

On the top floor there is the second bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), as well as access to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view over the bay of Aiguebelle.

The fitted kitchen provides the necessary comfort with a hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker.

At the front and rear of the apartment there are spacious terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The pool is jointly and centrally located. The beach and the sea are within 250 meters, so you don’t need a car to go to the beach. Many cozy restaurants on the beach and the coastal road.

Private garage included. Sorry, but no pets are allowed in the studio apartment.
