VILLAS

Our 4 villa holiday homes and one holiday studio are located in Les terrasses d’Aiguebelle. The villas are quietly situated on a hill with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea, the islands of Hyères, Cap Nègre and Cap Bénat. Built in provincial style with the necessary comfort.

The 4 villas with shared private swimming pool ensure a comfortable holiday on the Côte d’azur and all have a capacity of up to 8 people per villa.

The identical villas each have 2 levels:
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 people), two bathrooms: one with bath / shower / wc and one with shower / wc and a washing machine. The 2 bedrooms have access to the covered terrace with a view of the sea and the bay of Aiguebelle.

The top floor enjoys the sun and the beautiful panoramic view over the sea, the islands and the bay of Aiguebelle. This floor is divided into a living room, kitchen, rear terrace (view collines) and spacious front terrace. A living room with flat screen TV, radio, CD-DVD player. Here you have a sleeping couch for 2 people (160 cm). The fitted kitchen provides the necessary comfort with a hob, wok, microwave, 2 fridges, dishwasher and coffee maker.

At the front and rear of the villas there are spacious terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The pool is jointly and centrally located. The beach and the sea are 300 meters away, so you don’t need a car to go to the beach. Many cozy restaurants on the beach and the coastal road.

Each villa has a private garage. Sorry, but no pets are allowed in the villas.
